Biomechanical Assessment
Annual exams are the norm in healthcare, but the physical assessment often falls short in identifying risk factors for injury. Don't wait to get hurt! Dr. Casey's comprehensive assessments can treat current ailments, but also uncover underlying impairments that might have been missed in a short in-office visit.
Gait Aid Fitting/Training
Gait aids are used for balance, pain management, mechanical improvement, and energy conservation. It takes a professional to accurately prescribe and properly fit assistive devices. Use of gait aids requires establishment and subsequent maintenance of strength, postural conditioning, and coordination. It is never too soon to improve gait mechanics and decrease fall risk.

Dr. Casey is always your point of contact. Whether it be a phone consultation or a next-day visit, rest assured your condition will be addressed without delay. Direct care fosters faster return to work/play/sport.
Modification of Activity/
Environment
Dr. Casey will perform a thorough assessment of your body and environment, making adaptations as needed for safety. Adjustments might be temporary or long term, pending your condition.

No driving? No problem. Dr. Casey works closely with your surgeon to restore your motion, strength, and quality of life. Already have a provider? Mobile visits are the perfect supplement to in-office visits for home exercise program adherence, manual therapy for pain management, and environmental/activity modifications.

Beginners
Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, experience, body type, and condition. Learn the basics of mindfulness, breathwork (pranayama), poses (asana), and position changes (vinyasa).
Advanced
Take your practice to the next level! Boost your body by improving skills, building on pose transitions, initiating inversions, and increasing strength. Better your breathwork with enhanced respiratory control and varied techniques. Master mindfulness with meditative strategies and stress relief.

Dr. Casey's eldest yoga student was 107 and her youngest student was less than 1. She has taught a wide range of clients with a modicum of health conditions including but not limited to spinal cord injury, stroke, congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease, diabetes, obesity, arthritis, chronic pain, limb loss, paralysis, osteoporosis, pregnancy, and more.
